All of our Newsela articles are leveled to allow all students to access engaging and relevant content at their individual reading level.

As a leveler, you will work with our amazing team of Editors to provide teachers with a critical resource that will allow students to unlock content that might not otherwise be made available to them.

Considering Our Audience 

• How can I ensure I am taking students into consideration while leveling? 

• What things should I consider when copy editing articles with special attributes? (ex. difficult topics, jargon for specific subjects like science or business)
